  3rd time to Mexico

  3rd time to Mexico and this is by far the best hotel from staff and service to the toiletries and bath robes in the room! Will definitely be back

  TRS Yucatán experience

  We had a great time while staying in trs the services was incredible the staff super helpful and friendly this is my second time back to the Yucatan location and it was just as we remembered it the first time incredible. Our butler Francisco/Maykent where amazing thru out the whole stay amazing room service and the white sand buffet was amazing. Staff are very welcoming. Bartenders were amazing they out the whole stay amazing experience with them.

  Wow plus, A different show every time

  Chic cabbret is an amazing place for a great night's food and entertainment. The sinners all have great voices and the dancers,/acrobats are on another level. We were served by Hector H, who kept the food and drinks flowing all night

  First time & loved it!

  My husband and I loved spending time here. It was our first time and what made it was the privacy and the small touches from the staff. Lalo and Daniel, two of the golf cart drivers always made us feel special. We stayed in a room with a private pool and our butlers were so attentive. Jessica and Jose helped us with everything we wanted. Our go to restaurant for breakfast and lunch was Helios, where the food was always delicious. Make sure to ask for: Jeovany, Guadalupe, or Daniel. They were professional and kind. Jeovany even made us surprise dessert plates! They also surprised us with tables covered in rose petals. Our favorite dinner restaurants were El Guacho and La Boheme. If you go, you have to ask for Marcelino as your waiter. His personality is a whole vibe and the restaurants wouldn’t be the same without him! During our stay, we also got a couples massage. If you get one, ask for Marisol and Annabel! All in all we loved it and highly recommend.

  Great staff, but management and booking issues ruined the stay

  We booked our stay through Capital One Travel and specifically reserved a suite with a private pool. When we arrived, we were told we did not have that suite, despite having confirmation that we had booked and paid for it. Instead of helping resolve the issue, management was pushy and tried to make us pay the difference because they said Capital One had not provided them with the full amount they felt they were owed. Their proposed solution was essentially for us to pay a second time and then try to get a refund from Capital One later, even though we had already paid in full. Once we finally got to our room, it was moldy, which was incredibly disappointing. The butler service was also inconsistent, with different butlers changing throughout the stay, so it never felt seamless or personalized. The entire experience felt like one upcharge after another. The $750 cenote dinner for four was especially outrageous. It was next to a parking lot, full of mosquitoes, and nowhere near the elevated experience we expected for that price. The bright spot was the wait staff. They were fabulous, kind, attentive, and genuinely worked hard to make guests feel taken care of. Unfortunately, the management was atrocious. For a resort at this level, the lack of accountability, poor communication, and constant pressure to spend more made the stay feel frustrating rather than relaxing. The service staff deserves credit, but the management experience made it very hard to recommend.
