Good hotel. Staff friendly and helpful. Hotel Could do with a do over as looking tired but clean. Good selection of places to eat just make sure you book them when you arrive

Gardens well kept and a pleasure to walk through and hotel ambience very good. The La Aldita and Bamboo restraints were very good for food and service. Chic show and food was good. Every other resteraunt had issues of cold food, slow or poor service. The ac in the room was a huge issue. 3 times reported before finally being told it’s unfixable. Moved rooms but still poor ac. Very noisey and not very cold meant poor nights sleep.

This was our first trip out of the United States and I must say we were very pleased. The room was beautiful the private adult only pool was so peaceful and amazing, the staff were all so friendly, fun and helpful! We will disunity be coming back and we are recommending all of our friends to come as well!

Great service with a few inconveniences
Highlight butler experience. It was great to have someone to answer all your questions at anytime and help you book dinner reservations when you weren’t able to do yourself.

Great resort!
This vacation was great. Plenty of staff to assist with our needs. Rodney was a great butler. Plenty of restaurants, bars and activities. The beach is beautiful and the pools are clean. I highly recommend this resort.
