Please realize there aren’t elevators in the buildings except the lobby. Our room wasn’t thoroughly cleaned and we found 2 dead lizards behind the curtain near the patio. You could tell they’d been there for a while. Plus we had bugs and staff gave us a can of spray and said to use it in the morning while out of the room.

Couples holiday
The service at kicks was fantastic and Adriena was always so attentive to us and remembering our drinks every evening she would come over greet us and without asking went and got our drinks, she would always check back in throughout the evening and keep us topped up with drinks. Such a lovely service. Absolutely loved our time at the Celsius swim up pool bar! The atmosphere was amazing, drinks were always perfect, and the service was next level. Huge shoutout to Victor and Eddy who were absolutely fantastic throughout our stay. They always remembered our drinks and would have them ready without us even having to ask — now that’s what you call service! Friendly, attentive, and always smiling. They really made our holiday extra special. Thank you both!, lastly what an absolutely beautiful hotel, so much to see and do, the entertainment through out the day is fantastic. We had an issue with our room which was quickly dealt with by Eduard and moved to a new room and we received a lovely cheese and meat platter which was such a lovely touch with a note, such a personal touch. We spent 2 weeks here and would defo love to come back. Thank you for an amazing holiday. 🌞 🍸 🍹

Vacation at Paradisus Palma Real
Beautiful resort. Immaculately kept grounds. Good à la carte options though booking system was a little confusing initially (2 days ahead) and all were booked day of arrival. Excellent service at the swim up bar from Louis - he’s a ray of sunshine! We ate well, slept well, enjoyed the nightly entertainment, and the beach was our favourite part - gorgeous white sand beach, groomed daily. Netting to catch seaweed was huge plus. Swimming conditions in the ocean were lovely. Ample beach chairs with tons of shade - also a huge plus! Pools sparkling. Staff were professional and efficient, mostly attentive, most were warm and friendly. Room was clean and modern but there was a musty smell present - not as noticeable after allowing some fresh air in. Enjoyed our garden / pool view in adults only area.
