It was clean, staff was nice. the food was mid, but they always had food available. The ocean veiw wasn't as pretty as some other resorts but they had a lot of pools

Poor sanitation, outdated rooms, supposed to be all inclusive however only a few of the restaurants are included the rest are an extra charge. They only give you 3 beers and 4 soft drinks in the mini bar and won’t restock it. Have peacocks on grounds which would be nice if they would clean up their droppings. Dirty glassware at the pool bars, not very handicap friendly. Been to many all inclusive resorts and this is well below the standards of any other I have stayed at. I’m being generous giving them 2 stars. It’s the equivalent of a motel 6 in the United States

May 18, 2026Do not recommend this hotel
The hotel did not meet our expectations in terms of relaxation and overall quality. The main advantages are the convenient location close to the airport and Cancun city, as well as the beautiful beach. Unfortunately, the food quality was disappointing. Many dishes were poorly cooked or prepared, and the menu was repetitive with a very limited selection of fish. The bar also had very limited alcohol options, and there was not even a proper cocktail menu available. Another major issue was the constant noise, both during the day and at night. Forget about having an afternoon siesta or peaceful rest. There were only a few beach loungers available for a very large number of guests, making it difficult to enjoy the beach comfortably. Although the hotel has many restaurants, most of them require reservations and additional payment. Housekeeping was done daily, but it seemed to consist mainly of making the bed and sweeping the floor, without thorough cleaning. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel for a relaxing vacation, especially considering the high price. Unfortunately, the quality does not match the cost.

We do not recommend this hotel for a safe and comfortable stay
A week ago, guests returned from the hotel with jewelry and a famous brand watch stolen from their room. Since the incident was discovered five hours before checkout, we were unable to investigate the matter with the police. We only recorded the incident with hotel security, which yielded no results. The guests left without the jewelry. The investigation ended before it even began, and we were given no evidence that they had inquired about anything from the staff. We do not recommend this hotel for a safe and comfortable stay, and we will not book it for our guests again.

Boring resort
Most boring resort I have been. I am 19 and I tought it would be a fun and lively resort

This amount is subject to change without notice.
During the Spring Break season (February-April), any guest who is under 25 years old traveling without their parent or legal guardian must pay a non-refundable insurance fee of $30.00 USD (cash only) at hotel check-in.
Guests who are 17 years old and traveling without their parent or legal guardian must present written and signed consent from their parent or legal guardian upon hotel check-in. This consent must authorize the guest’s international travel, acknowledge and accept full legal responsibility for the guest’s actions throughout the duration of the stay, and be presented in physical form in either English or Spanish. Additionally, for every group of nineteen guests who are 17 years old and not accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, a minimum of one adult chaperone is required. This chaperone must be at least 25 years old and must stay at the property for the entire duration of the group’s visit. Guests under the age of 17 are not permitted to stay at any Oasis Hotels & Resorts property unless accompanied by their parent or legal guardian.
