The snorkeling excursion was great. Staff was friendly and very helpful. They provided snacks and drinks and the stop at the sandbar was super cool. We saw a turtle stingray barracuda and a variety of other fish.

Amazing staff Beautiful location!
The Explorean and their staff are incredible! This is our 4th trip with our two kids (9 and 5 this year) and we absolutely love it. Jassiel, Nestor, Ariel, Edgar, Miguel, Jonny, Alejandra, Jason, Gabriel and all the staff are helpful, so kind to our kids, always wear a smile and make us feel so welcome. The excursions are fun and the staff make it easy and enjoyable for all age and abilities. Our favorite is el cielo boat ride with Jassiel and Nestor! The staff are quick and responsive when we have needed extras like a kids bed. The rooms are spacious and comfortable full of amenities. The breakfast basket left at the front of our door every morning is a perfect way to start our days. We will be returning for sure!!

Great vacation
Overall perfect days and great experience with Alex and team! The El Cielo boat excursion was fabulous. We saw a shark, lots of sting rays, barracuda, and lots of other tropical fish. The hotel was peaceful and relaxing, food was delicious, and staff were friendly. No hesitation in recommending :)

Absolutely amazing
Jassiel and Ariel were fantastic for the El Cielo trip! What a day!! We say a shark, sea turtle, lionfish and so much more. They were so helpful identifying sea life along the way and also shedding light on the beauty of the Mexican reefs. Wonderful day!
