A group of 13 traveled here in April of 2026. After reading many negative reviews, I was very concerned. I'm glad my expectations were lower because my group had an amazing time. The grounds, beach and waters are beautiful. The staff are friendly. A special shoutout to Kenneth at the Sun Club Bar. The food was on point and no one had a bad word to say about anything. I think if people went with expectations this is not a 5 star resort but appreciate the good things about this place, they would have a really good time.

While we were at the pool, Kenneth at the Sun Club Bar was one of the best I have seen. He was very easy to talk with and friendly. I would wait for him to come back from lunch to order another drink. I would give him 10 ⭐️ if I could.

One of our favorites
This is our 3rd trip to Sunscape and we love the people and snorkeling. The dive shop is top notch. Anmol helped with taxi and service arrangements, she rocks!

Great the second time as well
We have been at Sunscape Resort twice and it has been great both times. The staff are great as they always do their best to make your experience favorable. Kenneth the bartender at the sun club pool bar is awesome. It was good to see staff everyday working hard to keep the place clean as you see them all around the resort cleaning and doing upkeep of the grounds. The food is good, we tried all the restaurants as well as the buffet and we were satisfied with everything. The best thing about the resort is the lovely beach it is exceptional. We will be back for sure.

Working with Anmol to Fix my Balcony Light
I worked with Anmol, who was a trainee. She is very pleasant and was offering her assistance with a light we were missing at our balcony. Anmol documented the missing light, taking pictures, and put in a work order to get it fixed right away. She then followed up with me the very next day to see if I was satisfied. Anmol is a pleasure to talk to and has a wonderful demeanor. She is an exemplary employee and I believe she will be a valued asset for the Hyatt family of resorts.
