The BEST first experience in Punta Cana!! We will definitely return and I recommend doing Preferred Club! It is worth every penny! We were treated like VIP guests and the staff catered to our every need!!

We celebrated our 30th anniversary at SRB, and were very please with our choice. While we spent a lot of time on the beach, we did venture through the resort and enjoyed time in the lazy river (no current, but we relaxed on our self-propelled floating chairs and it was great!). We rented a Bali bed at the Preferred private pool for $50, with the bar service and our things nearby while we lounged in the pool, though the pool gets a bit warm in the afternoon with the sun on it all day. Even better, we lucked out to get a Bali bed on the lazy river late in the day, so we could float and have somewhere to leave our stuff. We had no issue leaving general items and beach bags on the beds. We spent the majority of time on the beach, where the sargasm was kept to a minimum and cleaned up often. Our bar service was second to none - Vicente and Jonathan were amazing and always kept our drinks full; they even tried to track down some Pringles for us, but no luck. The food buffet was amazing - breakfast, lunch, and a few dinners; it was our preferred go to with the variety, fresh fruit, smoothies, juice and excellent bread selection! Santos was the meat guy at the buffet and he was not only good at it, he seemed to enjoy and loved to interact with us. Modesto took care of us both at the buffet and El patio - highly recommend him! And last, but never least, the Coco Cafe baristas were amazing. Always had a long line, but made it move quickly and friendly - they work hard and provide excellent customer service! We plan to be back; thank you for a memorable anniversary experience!

Punta Cana’s best!
11/10 experience! I absolutely enjoyed my time. Upgraded to preferred club, it truly heightened the vacation. The service is absolutely amazing! The most fun and friendliest staff! We had an amazing butler Ruddy!

Weekend trip of fun
The staff was amazing! They were so incredibly nice and happy. Very hospitable! The entertainment team brought the energy and made everyone feel included!

The Dominican Republic imposes various restrictions each year for Easter. They usually begin the Thursday prior to Good Friday and run a few days past Easter Sunday. The following regulations may be enforced:
-Motorized water sports may be banned
-Non-motorized water sports may be limited or banned
-Alcohol consumption may be restricted (most resorts get a permit enabling them to serve alcohol to nonnative people during the ban)

Resort allows small dogs under 22 lbs. Please contact the resort prior to booking to confirm all requirements are met and they can provide you the current cost per night. This fee will be payable to the hotel. Proper paperwork must be provided to the hotel prior to check-in.
