We had an amazing stay at Secrets and will absolutely be back again and again. The resort is beautiful and very clean—everything felt well-maintained and comfortable throughout our trip. The beach was also kept up incredibly well, which made it even more enjoyable to relax and spend time there. What truly made our stay unforgettable was the staff. Luis from pool entertainment was a standout and brought such a fun, upbeat energy every day—definitely a highlight for us. We also loved Andrés and had great service from Eric. Our favorite bartender was Jesus at the Secrets bar—he made the best drinks and always made us feel welcome. Oscar (manager) and Nicolas at Picante were absolutely amazing and went out of their way to ensure we had a great experience. And Mario, the pool concierge, went above and beyond—truly exceptional service. The only disappointment was that we were celebrating our anniversary. We mentioned it twice during our stay and unfortunately didn’t receive any acknowledgment, which was a bit surprising given the level of service everywhere else. That said, this trip was still incredible overall, and we can’t wait to return.

An amazing Experience!
This trip was nothing less than absolutely amazing. 🥲 The Resort was clean and well maintained, the atmosphere was inviting and quite comfortable for the duration of our stay. The poolside service provided by Nadia and Maria was exceptional, they always came with a smile, their delivery was very responsive, and we were very sad to leave after a very quick week. Definitely 5/5 in my book!

Relaxing with great food and service. The spa was also wonderful. The only reason I did not give it a 5 was because we were attached to Breathless and as a Secrets, it was a little more rowdy than we like but there was plenty of quiet spaces. Here are some staff who made our stay extra special: Daniel and Gibian at the secrets pool Raquel at the spa Trini our fitness instuctor
