Great first time at Secrets Riviera Cancun!
Arrival at Secrets was very good, check-in was easy, and we were lucky that our room was available, even though we were a bit early. The room was nice, big enough, and had adequate space to put things away. We had a swim up room facing the Breathless side, if you want something a bit quieter I suggest you ask for something a bit further away from the Breathless side of the resort. The pool on the Secrets side was very nice, mostly quiet with some mild activities going on throughout the day. Getting a chair was never an issue for us. We found the food to be very good, better than any AI that we have been to previously. The service was also top notch at all the restaurants and throughout the resort. W had great service from all, but there are a few people that I will mention here, that went above and beyond for us. Luis and Mia, who provided entertainment at the pool were great. Mario and Danial, the pool concierge guys were the most accommodating we’ve ever seen, great guys to talk to! We were lucky to have great service at every meal, Johnathon, Pasqual and Silvio at the buffet were awesome, Fernando and Martin at the strip were also great. Luis the chef at the buffet took care of me and my food allergy, thank you! All in all, a great trip, we will certainly return some day. Bob and Rose Rizzuto

Best Wedding & Vacation Experience Ever!
We just had our destination wedding at Breathless Riviera Cancun, and honestly… it was the best weekend of our lives. From the resort itself to the wedding team, everything exceeded our expectations. The resort is absolutely beautiful, the entertainment was amazing, the food was surprisingly SO good (which is important when you’re bringing 80+ guests!), and the staff made us and our guests feel so welcomed the entire stay. Now to the wedding side - WOW. I have to give the biggest thank you to our wedding coordinator, Araly. Wedding planning from afar can definitely be stressful, and I’m not going to lie, I probably gave her a hard time a few times throughout the planning process 😅… but when it came time for our actual wedding, she did NOT miss a beat. Araly, thank you. Truly. You took our vision and brought it to life even better than we imagined. Every detail was handled, everything flowed smoothly, and on wedding day we were actually able to relax and enjoy ourselves because we knew we were in good hands. The ceremony, reception, timing, setup, décor — everything was beautiful and seamless. Our guests are STILL talking about this trip and already asking for a part 2 and anniversary trip back, which honestly says it all. If you’re considering a destination wedding at Breathless — DO IT. It can be stressful planning a wedding from another country, but this team delivers. We are beyond grateful and would choose Breathless and this wedding team all over again. Thank you for giving us the most incredible wedding and memories we’ll cherish forever 🤍 — Sean & Angelyn

Time of my life
I had the BEST time of my life. Mayra at Rosewater was the sweetest most engaging server we had, and we had the pleasure of seeing her each dine we dined. Everyone was so attentive and available for anything we needed. I didn’t come across one employee that didn’t have a smile on their face the entire trip. I would recommend everyone to visit this resort. You will not be disappointed.
