  Look forward to a return stay .

  Just home from 11 nights at Secrets Spa, which we really enjoyed . Despite ‘Barefoot Grill ‘ not being reopened until after we left and Spa only opened for treatment for a few days on our arrival , it did nothing to dampen our fabulous stay . The staff are amazing , work so hard at making your stay so relaxing . Ruben is always so much fun , friendly and happy . Michelle at the Gohan Sushi Bar , Valentine at the Oceana restaurant all worth a mention , so many to mention . Food also outstanding , ate at all the available restaurants and really enjoyed them all . We were all inclusive , not Privilege, but didn’t feel a need to upgrade to this , although did see another area for Privilege to eat / drink , we were delighted with our choice . Secrets has a gorgeous , comfortable reception area, with many comfortable areas to sit . We walked a short walk to the Marina a few times and also a longer walk to Puerto Del Carmen , which was lovely . Our room had a lovely poolside and ocean view . It was very comfortable, cleaned daily and mini bar containing beers , soft juices and water restocked daily , free of charge. Plenty Sun Loungers , lovely pools. Checkout efficient , all inclusive continued until we left hotel , despite long after checkout at 12md. Courtesy room provided for a late shower before leaving .

  Lovely 5* luxury break

  My daughter and I have just returned from a lovely relaxing 5* break at Secrets Lanzarote. We stayed fully inclusive/Preferred Club. We cannot fault anything. The staff were warm, welcoming and friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. The hotel and an amenities were all lovely, clean and well maintained. Our room was lovely, comfortable with a nice sea view. The choice of food at the various restaurants was very good. We especially liked the Gohan Sushi bar. As part of our package we had a complimentary morning in the onsite spa, which we both really enjoyed. The local marina/town is a short walk along the coast and had a nice market on the Tuesday we were there. Airport transport is a really easy and short taxi ride away. Being relatively close to the airport was not an issue and we were not affected at all by incoming and outgoing planes. We would definitely recommend a stay at this hotel.

  Lovely!!!!

  It was fantastic. The food was 10/10 best ive ever had. Came with my mum , she normally goes to secrets Mexico and she loved it here just as much. Hotel is so clean staff helpful. Pools bars views all fab. We was AI not P but had the best stay ever. 100% will be coming back.

  Absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. The atmosphere was welcoming, the service was outstanding, and the staff couldn’t have been more friendly and attentive. Everyone went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and looked after throughout our visit. The food and drinks were excellent, served promptly and to a very high standard. It’s clear that the team takes pride in what they do, and it really shows in the overall experience. A special mention to the staff, who were professional, polite, and genuinely welcoming. It’s refreshing to visit a place where customer service is such a priority. We had a brilliant time and will definitely be returning. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a great experience, great service, and a great atmosphere. Keep up the excellent work!
