The overall experience was average and below expectations for value. It is an all inclusive place, but the food quality was below average for most part and options limited. Second time to this place but likely will not visit again.

The service from the team at Secrets was exceptional! They made our trip very special with drinks and food options. The Oceana restaurant was awesome for any meal. We ate here daily for breakfast and lunch. We really enjoyed the activities that Wendy and her team lead. Especially the pool aerobics. We loved snorkeling right off the beach and saw so many fish! There were also stings rays and starfish by the dock. It’s a great place to stay with an excellent team there to make it special. We stayed in a preferred ocean view room. Most of our days were spent outside, so have no big feedback on the room.

My boyfriend and I had a lovely time, the staff were so sweet and made our trip. We particularly enjoyed our time with Elizabeth and Rosana at Oceana beachside restaurant. Margarito at the preferred club beach was amazing to us and made our time there 10x more enjoyable, also Wendy and the entertainment team put their hearts into getting everyone involved- we loved the beach volleyball! We also enjoyed everyone at the spa as they were super attentive and lovely.

We absolutely loved our stay at this resort! Huge shoutout to DJ Adrian 🎶 — he perfectly caught our vibe and kept us dancing every night until closing without ever missing a beat. Honestly, it was pure fun from start to finish… we’ll definitely be back!
