Ive been to punta cana a few times and i have to say this is by far the worst experience ive had. During check in we was asked for $200 deposit per room although this wasnt disclosed during the booking process. Hotel - The hotel grounds are beautiful but the rooms are not upgraded. Diamond club rooms are very standard. My view was the back of the hotel facing a wall. I asked for another room and i wasnt accommodated Pool - Pool is great but for diamond club perks the pool is separate near the entrance of the hotel and there is no music/activities at that pool. Diamond Club- Absolutely NOT worth it! Only perks of diamond club is topshelf alcohol at certain bars and segregated seating at the Buffet. We didnt get a complimentary bottle, slippers/robe, fruit basket, and beach bag a promised.
