Juan went beyond my expectations. He provided an incredible experience daily. He was very attentive, provided a stress free environment and convenient service. Hands down the best I’ve had at any Royalton resort.

Nice yoga session
Wonderful yoga class with Ivonne an Jorge . Very relaxing and mindful. They were knowledgeable and very fun. Highly recommend this class.

Better than our last visit. Great vacation.
We had a great trip in the Diamond Club 1 Bedroom Oceanview. I will say oceanview is a stretch, but the room was clean and comfortable. Our butler Oscar was fantastic. He had our dinners booked and coffee service every morning delivered to our room. Food was very good. Buffet is large and has tons of options. A bit of a mosquito problem at Armadillo and the Caribbean restaurant. Diamond Club pool was our place of choice and our pool butler Cesar was just amazing. He made our vacation by always looking out for us and making sure we had a great spot. The beach was just okay. Not the hotels fault. Seaweed is out of control this week and they did their best to keep it clean. It’s the time of year. My ONE complaint is they are constantly bugging you for excursions or spa or pictures. Calling the room and walking around the pools. It’s annoying. Bring pesos for tip money if you want top service.

Dream Vacation
This was our third time staying at the Royalton Riviera Cancún, and we continue to return for two main reasons: the exceptional staff and the outstanding food. We have always stayed in the Diamond Club, and we truly have nothing but positive things to say about our experiences. That said, this visit was by far our best-thanks to one particular employee. Juan, the Diamond Club pool butler, truly made our vacation unforgettable. He is friendly, attentive, and an all-around amazing team member. He is a tremendous asset to your hotel. We will absolutely be returning next year and look forward to seeing him again. Thank you for making our vacation so memorable.
