  Experience of a lifetime!

  Excellence throughout! General Manager Trevor and his team's attention to detail and ensuring a superior customer experience is clearly apparent. Housekeeping, grounds, food, amenities all superb. Check in and checkout was easy, quick and efficient. Second to the beach, breakfast was the other highlight of the day, local favorites along with a wide selection of international fare made it something to look forward to daily. I will be back on multiple occasions!

  We had fun!

  We loved the resort location. Beautiful beach. Walked 2 miles every day on the beach. Our room was beachfront and just steps away from the beach. We enjoyed our little patio. The room itself is dated. Bed was comfortable and the room was clean but the decor is outdated. A little modernization would go a long way. The breakfast buffet was great. Lots of choices. Lunch and dinners at the hotel were not so good. Service was extremely slow and food was just ok. Serving staff need more training. For the most part, they were disengaged and uncaring. The only staff person who really put in an effort was Shenard. Give her a raise!! We ended up leaving the grounds for our dinners at local restaurants. Loved the Beachfront Bistrot. The pools and grounds were beautiful and we enjoyed them very much. The beach was not overcrowded which we appreciated.

  Scheduled maintenance underneath my expensive room

  My wife and I book a very expensive ocean view room for one week. After a few days the hotel started a scheduled maintenance just underneath our room making a lots of noise with drill, hammers, workers, and with all dust going to our balcony. My complaint to the manager was useless, they don't care about client satisfaction. They sold a room knowing that a planned maintenance was about to start, absolutely unacceptable. This hotel ruined my vacation completely and their superficial behavior without respect to the client is unbelievable.

  Bedroom needs renovating the breakfast was delicious but a bit hectic just needs a few people to supervised over the guests coming in and out of the area

  Review of a Resort Stay with a Large Group

  • I stayed at the Raddison in October 2025 with a large group for a social event. • Upon arrival, there was a staff shortage at check-in, causing an hour-long wait for their room. • The executive sea-view room was disappointing, with old furniture and dated decor, though the view was good. • The room lacked essential items like balcony chairs, bins, an ironing board, and a TV remote. • Housekeeping was generally good, but on one occasion, the room wasn't cleaned, and the requested towel change was mishandled without apology. • The hotel experienced significant staffing shortages, particularly during breakfast service, leading to long waits and stressed employees. • The egg station was especially problematic due to slow service and improperly cooked food. • Outdoor dining was plagued by birds, and Georgies Beach Bar suffered from a single cashier, causing delays. • The coffee bar was often unstaffed. • Lunch and dinner also involved long waits, especially for large groups. • One swimming pool was closed, and jacuzzis were non-functional. • The executive block was deemed not worth the cost, and overall, the resort seemed understaffed despite high occupancy. • Despite issues with blocked toilets and a towel shortage, other friends felt their experiences were better.
