Enjoyed our week here at Royalton in Cancun. Very relaxing. I especially would like to thank Marisol and Arturo my personal "butlers" who were there in a heartbeat when I needed any assistance. They were both very helpful, friendly, and caring, as well as top notch and professional. They made my stay extra special!

Wonderful stay in Cancun
My stay at the Royalton Chic was absolutely outstanding. The resort itself was beautiful, but what truly made the experience exceptional was the level of service provided throughout my stay. A special thank you to my two butlers, Marisol and Arturo, whose attention to detail, professionalism, and genuine care made a significant difference. They went above and beyond to ensure everything was taken care of and were always available whenever I needed assistance. Their dedication truly elevated the entire experience. From the accommodations to the service, everything exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend the Royalton Chic to anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious vacation, and I would definitely stay here again in the future. Incredible Girls Trip
My friend and I had such a wonderful trip to the Royalton Chic Resort. What really stood out to us was how incredible the staff was. From the moment we got there to the moment we left— everything was incredible. The buffet food was delicious and we absolutely loved the culinary arts experience with their private chef. The resort had so much to do that we never even left! Thank you for an incredible stay!

Beautiful resort full of amazing people!
The resort was clean and the staff was friendly. Excellent food at the buffet and the various restaurants. Overall a great value for the cost. Marisol and Arturo acted as our butlers and they didn't disappoint! All of our needs were met with very little hassle. Shoutout to Sabrina who helped us sign up for the Prime upgrade.

Arturo & Marisol were both excellent butlers. Whatever we needed they handled it quickly. They checked on us everyday and multiple times a day. I highly recommend them both.
