    Mediocre at best

    The resort is mediocre at best. The food is subpar. Panchos Mexican restaurant was the worse of them all. That to me is crazy since we were in Mexico. The food at the buffet was also not very good. They advertise unlimited drinks, however there weren't any bars upon before 10:00 am to get a breakfast Bloody Mary or Mimosa. Pools are nice but too few lounge chairs and people are allowed to set a towel or bag on a chair all day and never sit on it. On the positive side the staff is very friendly and helpful. One waiter at the breakfast buffet was exceptional. His name is Jacob Jonathan. Kuddos to him for a job well done.
