Great kids club
Loved the kids club, it’s one of the few resorts in the area that actually has a kids club and it was beautiful, lots of activities and Emi was great, she took great care of our son. Would come

Great family stay
The hotel is quite dated and could definitely benefit from some updates, but that said, the rooms are very nice and impressively spacious. Everything throughout the property is extremely clean, which really stood out and made the stay comfortable. What truly makes this place special is the team. The staff are fantastic! friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. A special thank you to Aury for her kindness and warm smile, which made a real difference during our stay. The food is okay overall, with enough variety to find something you’ll enjoy. Tavo restaurant, however, is a highlight and definitely worth a visit. One downside is the drinks, which are unfortunately very watered down and a bit disappointing. We are still here enjoying our stay, and overall it has been a pleasant experience thanks to the great service and cleanliness, despite a few areas that could be improved

Three generations in Mexico having fun.
Good location on beach and with good pool with enough poolside beds. Family atmosphere and staff are friendly and welcoming. Very clean bedrooms and public areas and staff clear away water around pool so you don’t slip. Good value as there is entertainment during the day which you can take part in. Yoga on the jetty on the lagoon with Israel in the morning is a perfect way to start the day. Stretching while looking over the water with birds flying by. Israel is a great yogi with good personality. You can also sail in the lagoon at no charge as an Hotel guest. Food in the buffet restaurant is varied and good. There are three à la carte restaurants too. Being all inclusive, you can eat as much as you want. Soft drinks on tap at poolside and swim up or walk up bar caters for everyone. Hotel is in hotel zone and is safe. I went running up to Cancun sign and beyond on pavement and felt safe. If you can learn some basic Spanish it is appreciated as not all staff speak English. Children have some entertainment too and they have a pool with slides.
