I had an excellent experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, I felt comfortable and well taken care of. The entire staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. I would especially like to thank Victoria at the front desk for her outstanding support and kindness. She helped me with transportation and mobility options, recommended the main tourist attractions to visit, and suggested great places to have dinner in the evenings. Her friendliness, professionalism, and willingness to assist made my stay much easier and far more enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent service and a comfortable, welcoming experience.

I just arrived at the hotel and went in for some bar food. Andrea looked after me and was extremely friendly and most helpful. She is a credit to the hotel. Great refurbished historic hotel
This is a great hotel! The room was big and clean! It was very convenient for us as the Air Coach stop is right outside as well as the Luas tram and other buses. I was traveling with my 80 year old mom so ease was key. The walk down O’Connell street was easy to get to downtown sights. The breakfast buffet is massive and wonderful. A lot of options!

A hotel I would stay at again.
This was our second time in two years at the Gresham. Truly an exceptional hotel. Classy, spotless, beautiful rooms, great housekeeping staff always courteous and ready to help. The first room they gave us wasn't up to our expectations so we asked to be moved, and they did. We got a larger, quiet room on an upper floor. Only downside this time was that the hotel was full to capacity on the weekend and seemed to have conferences and/or groups and we were sent to have breakfast at Toddy's, the hotel restaurant, which is fine, but breakfast is served till 11 on weekends, and we were no so subtly told they were closing the buffet at 10:30 which meant we had to leave. I feel sorry for people who showed up at 10:15 thinking they had 45 minutes for breakfast. That is unfortunate.
