You can splash around at the seasonal outdoor pool, visit the restaurant for a bite to eat, or unwind with a drink at one of the 2 bars/lounges. Other highlights at this upscale hotel include a fitness center, a snack bar/deli, and a terrace. Fellow travelers like that it's only a short walk to public transportation: Plaza de Espana Station is steps away and Ventura Rodriguez Station is 5 minutes.

    Nice hotel

    The view of the roof top is beautiful, can overlook the Madrid in 360 and the glass floor is amazing.

    Nice Hotel, Rude Staff

    The property and location is good, but certain areas need improvement. As many have stated, there are long waits for elevators. My room was clean, spacious, and the AC worked well but others in my group had issues with their AC units. Breakfast buffet was lovely with many offerings to please all palates. The rooftop bar gets crowded with people trying to either get a table or photo op. I don't doubt it can be overwhelming for the staff during the busy times, but their tone and attitude can be offputting, especially when your a hotel guest and not a visitor. This brings me to my final point, the doorman (the very tall one at the revolving door) is a terrible brand ambassador. He is quite rude and questioned my group when we were coming in if we were guests (meanwhile we had checked in earlier that day and were all well dressed coming back from dinner). He is on a complete power and ego trip. When I asked how to get to the rooftop bar, he instructed me to go back outside and around the building to a separate entrance which is absurd. I spoke to another staff member who kindly instructed me to tap my card and take it to the rooftop. This doorman should not be interacting with guests and is the main reason I am leaving this review.

    Stunning stay 🫶

    We had a great finale to our trip to Portugal and Spain. The hotel location was great; the roof top was fabulous; food and drinks were excellent and the staff was amazing 🤩

    City Break May 2026

    Fantastic hotel in a central location . Staff lovely, rooms clean and modern. There was so much choice for breakfast. We ate a couple of times at the Rooftop bar and food was lovely. The 360 rooftop bar is such an amazing place either during the day or in the evening. We went twice day every day during our stay. We also used the outside pool on the 21st floor. Very clean, lovely staff poolside and in the outside bar. Water was very cold but ok once you got in. I don’t think it is heated at all and it is stainless steel so does not retain the heat from the sun. Not a big issue though. Overall a fantastic hotel that we would definitely return to,

    One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in ! The rooftop bar is spectacular day or night. Breakfast buffet again one of the best.
