I took my kids,grandkids for a week. Let me say the best part was the staff, especially Tracy and Jackie. They made us all feel like family. The resort had everything you can think of. Unbelievable how everyone working there treated us. I have been to the Caribbean 14 times and this was on the top of my list. Probably the best attention to the guests.

This resort is in a beautiful location, stunning views! The beach could not be any better, very small waves and beautiful turquoise colored water! The food was pretty good, although like always got to be monotonous after a few days. They had a lobster night wow-excellent! We were disappointed that the ice cream machine was only working 2 of the 7 days that we were there, we love the soft serves! Also the coffee machine (bean to cup) in the Pier 24 was not working the whole time we were there, they had one other machine so you could use that one. It seems the maintenance on these machines has to be learned a little better. We loved the Jamaican people, the staff was so accommodating in most instances. I might add that if you walked up to the bar by the pool it was a long wait to get the staff to notice you, I think it was because they had to first serve and make drinks for the people in the swim up area. We loved the entertainment staff, especially Zeus!!! he was so friendly and outgoing, always acknowledged us when we bumped into him, they work very hard, I hope they are well taken care of and paid well. We left tips whenever and wherever we went. One thing was a little put-off-ish about the tipping for maid service. We didn't know you actually had 2 maids, one in the morning and one in the late afternoon. On our last evening there was a knock on the door, we were sitting on the balcony so didn't hear it at first, as I got up to answer she had just let herself in-I didn't care for that, don't think you should just let yourself in a room late afternoon, what if we had been napping or doing something else?? Anyway, she proceeded to tell me that she was the afternoon maid and did I notice how she turned down my bed etc-obviously looking for a tip-I did give her one and thanked her for the work she did for us but... Oh, our toilet gave us issues but my husband would just take the lid off and do what needed to be done and on we'd go-ha-some maintenance issues around the property that could be looked into I guess. The reservation system for the restaurants through the app is a total failure-good luck with getting in anywhere! Overall a great place and would recommend that people give it a try at least once, we probably would try a different resort next time though!

Just returned from a family (9 people) trip to Negril. Overall, the trip was wonderful. The ride from the airport is long, but our driver was great and was giving us information our whole ride there. Check in was quick, and we were in the 0 block. While there was some noise from the road, it was not disruptive. The room was huge and clean and had a decent sized balcony. The whole overall vibe was a quiet one especially where our room was (as far away as you can get). It was a quick walk to everything. The beach is gorgeous and calm and we were able to float all day long. We never had any issues getting a chair no matter what time we went down. You can walk up and down the beach for miles which was nice. We were also able to get chairs at the pool midday. Everything was spotless and people were constantly cleaning all day long. The people were amazing. They made the whole trip. The entire staff was friendly, polite, and welcoming. They made it their job to make our kids (and us) happy and have a good time. Big shout out to the vibe team and the kids club (Tracy, spotlight, supermario, and all) for making our days and night fun! The staff at the restaurants and bars was also great and friendly, too may to name but Jackie in the buffet was great! The reservation system for dinner was annoying especially when you are with a large group. We were able to wait a few times for tables, but something needs to be fixed with the online app system. Its nearly impossible to get a table for all of us together when you are trying to book at the same time on an app that didnt always cooperate. Of all that we tried, we loved the asian and steakhouse the best. The jerk hut and the buffet were also great. We loved the little snack shop and coffee place for quick treats during the day as well. All in all, we had a great time in Negril!

An amazing place in an excellent location
We went for 10 nights to this hotel and it was honestly faultless. The staff are so helpful and friendly, the food is of great quality and plenty of it . Plenty of sunbeds, never a problem with people saving them as there are more than enough for everyone. The entertainment was great and the drinks spot on .we wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel and would love to return.
