Okay! I did my research, supposed to be a better beach with the seaweed issue. WRONG! You need a great beach don't go to Mexico. Sad but true. I'm a beach girl so I made the best of it. Waterpark for kids good but dirty. Not staff fault people clean up after yourselves!!! . Pools amazing. Staff amazing. Premium resort, booze , food service etc! I'd come back if the beach and Mother Nature worked in my favour.

"A wonderful experience from start to finish! My family and I went out for a bufet, and our waiter, Alexander, literally made us feel right at home throughout our entire stay. His attention to detail is incredible; not only was he constantly attentive, but he also went above and beyond to make my 5-year-old niece feel extra special, and he was incredibly patient with my teenagers who were speaking Spanglish. Thanks to him, we all felt truly valued. We will definitely be back for Alexander’s excellent service!"

Outstanding Service and Amazing Aqua Aerobics with Nacho!
A special thank you to Nacho, who led the aqua aerobics classes during our stay. He was incredibly positive, energetic, and professional. His classes were always fun, well organized, and suitable for everyone. Nacho made every session enjoyable and created such a welcoming atmosphere. He is not only excellent at what he does, but also a genuinely kind and pleasant person. People like him make a vacation truly memorable. Thank you, Nacho, for your enthusiasm and wonderful attitude – you made our stay even more special!

The resort was very clean. Check in was quick and easy. Room was cleaned every day and the pool areas was cleaned every morning. I appreciated the number of chairs at the pool and beach. Rooms were quiet other than the one night the fire alarm went off. My one and only complaint was the food. This resort had the worst choice of food of any all inclusive we have stayed at. The buffet was very small and limited compared to Riu Palace in Cabo. We ordered room service the first night we were there and was told 45 min to an hour. It never showed. This is our second time with a Riu Palace resort and not sure that we would return.

Superb hotel!
Second time staying at the RIU and it was again fantastic! Food was great, pools great, service great, the spa was brilliant and was really under used so me and my partner often had the facilities to ourselves! I really enjoyed the white party and the evening entertainment although very cheesy it was fun! The addition of the mobile cocktail unit was fantastic and the mobile drinks trolley at the pool was also brilliant! I can’t commend the service enough it was flawless! Next time we come it will be with family.
