Everything was wonderful: food choice, speciality restaurants, the beach and water. It was a beautiful location. I would recommend TUI trips, they were great value. I can’t think of anything that would’ve improved it- unless it was half price and we could’ve gone twice!! 😂

Large wedding
Went for our wedding, over 100 people and the hotel was amazing! Big but not too big with more then enough activity for everyone.

I have stayed at several RUI properties. Bahamas, New York and several in both Cancun and Puerto Vallarta. It was very disappointing to not have a room ready until 530om and then to have rooms not cleaned til 4 or 5pm. About half of the staff did not seem to like their job? Perhaps a cultural thing..different country, different vibe. The grounds were gorgeous and well kept as was the beach! No lobby bar..that surprised me. The food in the buffet was plentiful and fresh. The speciality restaurants were not very special to my mind. There was not a drink that they didn't make and make well!! The bars are nicely spread out with something for everyone. There was never a long line for anything. The sports bar snacks were not very nice and did not seem fresh. We had an early pick up and it was disappointing there was no where to grab a bite to eat. Prices for food in Montego Bay Airport are INSANE....having some muffins or fruit or sandwiches available for those early mornings would be much appreciated. This was not my favorite RIU property, but I can always count on riu to be clean with comfortable rooms and impeccable grounds.
