Location close to airport Atmosphere 4/10 Rooms 10/10 clean and good ac ventilation. NO STAIRS. 0/10 4 flight of stairs daily Service 2/10 no one smiled! I hated this vacation. The food was okay!! No variety. The service was bland! My surroundings were full of debris and trash. Leaving off the resort! When booking excursion ask every question. We paid at the hotel and we had to pay again the excursion site! Jamaica was just not a good experience to me. Ill go back to turks or Mexico before I'll ever come back to Jamaica

Lovely spacious hotel with gorgeous rooms, located right on the beach. Food was amazing particularly at the Italian Restaurant where the steak just melted in your mouth. Swim up bar is good but gets very crowded particularly after about 12/1pm. Entertainment the singer is good but it uz same one every night. Michael Jackson show was really good. Love this hotel and would go back. Hotel very busy with lots of Americans there.

Awful experience
Not a place to go if you want peace and quiet. Had awful experience at this hotel. Husband got a parasite from main dinner hall was ill for 5 days. No peace on the beach because of the constant whistles and shouting from the drug dealers in their canoes and beach security turn a blind eye. Had to call security at 2am one evening because of a drunken fight next door and the guy trying to break into our room. Felt so afraid and vunerable as had such husband in bed. They did escort them off the premises but we had no follow up the next morning to check in on us. We are no party poopers and love to have a good time but I couldn’t wait to get home. Ruined my experience of Jamaica. Dont go to this hotel. Try Secrets Wild Orchid instead when it reopens. That was wonderful.

I did not want this trip to be over ! I’ll keep it short : Food 10/10 Entertainment 10/10 Service 10/10 Cleanliness 10/10 Convenience 10/10 I absolutely loved my stay here ! Bartenders, chefs , waiters/waitresses, housekeeping, entertainment crew, front desk , EVERYONE was amazing . They were sweet, helpful, respectful. They checked on you often & made sure you didn’t miss out on any fun. They treat you like family here. I felt safe & truly had so much fun . There’s always something to do . This was my first all inclusive out of the country experience and I would book here 1000 times over. I don’t want to stay anywhere else !
