The 24-hour all-inclusive Riu Cancun is located in the heart of Cancun and set on a beach of white sand and turquoise water. This majestic resort soars above the Caribbean Sea, steps from the Galeria and Caracol shopping centers and in the heart of nightlife and activity.

Hardworking amazing staff
Fabulous hotel I’m here now in room 603. The staff are so helpful and really respectful. The food is is amazing I’d definitely come here again I’ll be recommending this to my friends and family when we get back.

Be mindful this is more an 18-30 hotel with lots of screaming teenagers.Had to side step pools of vomit some mornings. Before a maturer crowd,this kinda spoiled our much saved for & anticipated holiday. Having been to Mexico before,this was nothing like previous experiences & I was disappointed for my friends who were on their first visit. Main pool was so noisy,thankfully we found the quieter pool near the corner bar. Staff were excellent & nothing was too much trouble. Food & drink really good & all round,excellent value Rooms are so dated & desperately need an overhaul . Tried to upgrade only to be told all rooms were off the same standard Would we return- no

Great property - rooms left a lot to be desired
The property was excellent! Great staff, great service, great amenities, food, etc. The room left a lot to be desired. The beds were awful, you could feel the springs, the bathroom toilet was broken and one of the sinks were broken. There was one outlet in the bathroom and nothing would stay plugged in. There were 3 outlets in the room itself, and again, nothing would stay plugged in. To have such a great property, they could upgrade the rooms a bit!

3. Each Student / Spring Breaker Group request will be reviewed and quoted on a case-by-case basis. Quoted rates may be higher than current FIT/Group rates.
4. Student / Spring Breaker Groups are excluded from our Price match policy for contracted groups!
5. If a Student / Spring Breaker Group is accepted:
a. The number of rooms will be deducted from the contracted allotments
b. Minimum Age requirement: 21 years of age or older.
c. The Hotel may request proof of age in the form of passport or official ID
d. Each room must submit a signed liability agreement upon check-in.
6. At all other RIU properties Student Groups / Spring Breakers (either groups or individuals,
