Great family hotel 💫💫
Just returned from 7 nights here as four girl family members. Quick transfer from airport ..lovely welcome quick and easy check in. Rooms were spacious clean and comfortable. The fan and aircon in the rooms worked well. Lots of pool areas and free towel hire. Food was good plenty of selection but after 4 or 5 days we did find it a bit repetative. Staff are brilliant all friendly and polite. The entertainment is great..the riu party night is BRILLIANT!!! Only thing we found is that the hotel is in a quiet location...8 min walk up the hill to rosa shopping...mainly clothes and toiletries. We did local taxis to siam mall and los cristianos market on sunday...about 20 euro one way. Overall lovely hotel would stay again!!

The hotel was a lovely location if you intend on not venturing out, I have stayed at many RIU hotels, this one is not Riu standard, no cleanliness in the buffet restaurant, staff being promoted by supervisory staff basically raised eyebrows and gave them lots of disrespect, the pool area had lots of chemicals left on the walk way to the pool this could cause massive reactions to little feet, entertainment staff were great, overall we enjoyed our stay, disappointment to say the least, not RIU standard at all

George and Claudia comedy/ singing show
Absolutely gorgeous hotel we are leaving tomorrow and have enjoyed our holiday most of all the George and Claudia comedy/singing show was the best entertainment we have ever watched topped all other acts during our stay both have amazing voices and talent xoxoxoxox

Really nice holiday
Last minute holiday booked here and we all enjoyed it ! Location - quiet area with nothing close by , 20 minute walk up a steep hill for a 24hr shop, there’s a couple of restaurants and shops. We visited Siam park and low cristianos beach both around €20 each way taxi. Around half hour coach transfer to / from airport. Hotel - all staff were lovely , helpful , friendly and polite , the cleaners cleaned the room every day , bar staff quick , reception will go out of their way to help , restaurant staff were nice and the entertainment worked hard all Day every day doing events throughout - aqua gym , darts , water volleyball, disco and there’s always something going on. White / neon party on Fridays is amazing ! Hotel / room is very clean and modern throughout. Nice balcony. Can hire towels from 9-5 just be prepared as although lots of sun loungers dotted about people start reserving pool side from 7am. Food - main restaurant 7-10 with large hot and cold selection , smaller restaurant opens 8-10 I believe. Snack bar - 12-6 chips , hot dogs and burgers with a some sandwiches and salad. Main restaurant opens 6-9 I believe with a large selection of hot and cold buffet , meat counter changes daily pork , turkey etc. burgers , chips , soups etc. definitely book the grill its excellent ! Theres an italian and chinese too. Food is nice and there’s lots of bars dotted around too one being 24 hours. Pools are nice , one larger infinity , one adults only , activity pool and 2 kids pools. Overall we enjoyed it and will happily return
