We just arrived home from a 5 night stay at Planet Hollywood. One of the best vacations we ever had! The resort was amazing and the staff was so friendly. We stayed in a two bedroom star class room that came with a butler. Victor and Fanny were our butlers during our entire stay. They were always available and very quick to respond with any thing we needed. They were absolutely amazing and made our trip so relaxing. We also rented a cabana for a few days which I highly recommend. Antonio and his crew took very good care of us while we relaxed by the pool all day. We will definitely be returning to this resort in the future.

An Unforgettable Getaway!
We absolutely loved our stay! Out of all the Royalton properties we’ve visited in Mexico, this one is officially our favorite. Service & Staff The service was truly exceptional. A massive thank you to our butlers, Edwar and Angel, who provided "above and beyond" service throughout our entire stay. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and attentive. Accommodations & Amenities Our room was immaculate—easily the cleanest resort room I have ever stayed in. We also found the pools to be absolutely beautiful and very well-maintained. Vibe & Layout Since we were traveling as a couple, we were a bit disappointed that almost everything—from the restaurants to the nightly entertainment—was located on the family side. There was essentially nothing offered exclusively on the adult side, making this very much a family-centric resort with an adult section. Dining The food was very high quality with a great variety of restaurants to choose from, though most are located within the family areas. The Beach The beach had a lot of seaweed during our stay, which made swimming difficult. However, the staff worked hard to clean it daily with a tractor. We were told the water is usually beautiful and that this was just down to timing and circumstances. We had a wonderful time and highly recommend it, especially for families!

Wonderful vacation. Would highly recommend returning.
We had a very enjoyable vacation at Plant Hollywood. The food, service and cleanliness were exceptional. Our butlers, Jerry and Yomelly were very helpful for the entire week and made sure that our needs, especially with a personal touch in the room to congratulate y wife for 5 year anniversary of being cancer free. The personal touch is second to none at this resort. Thank you all for our week.

Week at Adilt Scene Planet Hollywood
We just spent a week at this fantastic resort. NO regrets! Beach, pool, food, service- all fantastic! We must give special mention to our Butlers Jerry and Yomelly! They went out of their way to ensure all of our needs were met, always available when needed.
