Juan Carlos made sure our stay at the Park Royal Beach Resort was a memory that will last a lifetime! He had champagne and fruit waiting on us at our very clean, spacious, beach-front room. The panoramic view from our balcony was out-of-this-world -- a constant view of the beach, turquoise ocean and the upscale La Isla Shopping Mall located just across the street. Watching the sun set behind the mall's ferris-wheel from our rooftop bar was so cool. The beach was beautiful, the food was excellent and the drinks were upscale. Everything about this Resort is top-notch!! Kudos to ChatGPT for helping us find this one!! We can't wait to go back!

Ocean-front, VIP Cabanas and 5-Star Service from Juan Carlos
Our stay was made truly unforgettable, thanks to the exceptional service from Juan Carlos. He was incredibly attentive to our needs, even offering us a cabana for the week, which made our beach days so much more relaxing and comfortable. Beyond the service, the location of this resort is unbeatable. We had out-of-this-world panoramic views that captured both the stunning turquoise ocean and the vibrant LA Isla Shopping Village across the street. Being able to walk to this upscale mall was a huge hit! Seeing the sunset over the mall’s Ferris-wheel from the rooftop bar was a daily highlight. The resort is located in the heart of the hotel zone, and on a beautiful stretch of the beach. The sand is so soft and white - we felt like we were in Heaven!! We had champagne and fruit in our room upon arrival and were waited on 24 hours a day. The food was excellent (no wait whatsoever) and the drinks were top-shelf. Everyone there was so friendly and helpful - we cannot wait to go back!! Definitely ask for Juan Carlos to get the VIP treatment!!!
