    Wonderful time at the Paris Marriott Opera Ambassador Hotel

    We had a wonderful stay! The hotel was beautiful and in a perfect location! The staff was extremely kind and helpful, especially Rajeeb in the Executive Lounge! We look forward to returning!

    Fantastic Service

    The front desk staff were all so incredibly nice and helpful to us throughout our stay. When we needed to add an extra night at the last min due to a flight cancellation. they were extremely helpful in taking care of us. We also enjoyed the club on the 8th floor for 5:30 happy hour. Wine and Beer were included at no charge.

    I need to highlight the exceptional treatment we got by Mr. Ermo at the reception.. he is very professional and he helped us in all ways.. the hotel location is one of a kind in Paris 5mins walk to Paris Opera.. safe to walk and enjoy Gallery Lafayette.. thank you Mr. Ermo and all the team.. we will come back for sure

    Amazing stay and great service

    Absolutely amazing experience! Great view of the Eiffel Tower and most of the Paris skyline, and the employees are all extremely helpful with helping find food, directions, and entertainment, especially Valerie!
