    Overall experience not great

    Customer service was poor. Some staff members weren't hospitable. Our rooms weren't cleaned one night & the other nights they came LATE. The hotel room inside door lock didn't work as well as our refrigerator didn't work the duration of our stay. Definitely not a place i'd rush to visit again.

    Girls trip

    I am a circle member so with my membership I’m able to stay at Paradisus Gran Cana which was where I stayed, and I went to the Paradisus Palma Real for all the entertainment. This location was extremely convenient. The entertainment was lively and extremely enjoyable. The activity personnel were absolutely amazing. Henry and Fernando made every night we were there enjoyable and welcoming. Highly recommend this place.
