Paradisus is fantastic. The hotel has a relaxing ambiance with plenty of amenities. But the best part is the staff service. And the entertainment is fantastic, especially the Salsa class with Randy. Every night is a different theme. There’s something for everyone. The beach is fantastic and plenty of pools to go around. A lot of food variety. Highly recommend for a getaway, family vacation or to celebrate a special occasion.

Family time in RD
Great experience in the family concierge package with Jose Minaya y Juan Adbricoles. They handled everything for us in a nice way. Highly recommended. Candy in the entertainment team was amazing with our family.

Paradisus Grand Cana
It was so nice!!! Love the people over there specially the people working there the Atmosphere so nice and treat you very special!! Big thanks to Abraham, Milagros, Odaly , Candy, Samira , Luis, Juan, Rosie and Wanda the house keeping makes the room so nice and clean and helps us a lot. I give them 5 stars. Thank you so much

We booked the 'Master Swim Up Suite' and got there to find there wasn't one and were put in the Family Swim Up which was a smaller suite, they gave us Concierge after our complaining but that was more of an inconvenience as we could no longer make our own dinner reservations, he had to make them for us and couldn't confirm until the afternoon of our time/place... we would have liked to either be able to book our own (Lopesan this can be done right on the app and is very flexible) or not have to make reservations at all (like Majestic), I think the restaurants are too small to accommodate the guests (we do not experience this at other 5-star resorts). People we met without the useless Concierge can book restaurants for the full week themselves at the beginning of their stay... makes no sense, we were supposedly VIP but had a disadvantage. The only upside of the Concierge is they bring you 1 (ONE) bottle of liquor for your entire stay and you can push for a bottle of wine but only 1 (ONE)... I'm sorry but one bottle of wine really? Its included... why only 1 in the room for a week? We had a swim up it would've been nice to have drinks I actually wanted to drink in our room not just beer, I would have been happy if I could have ordered to the room as needed but not been capped. Again, this was because we were VIP, otherwise NO liquor for you! Overall, the food was good, the steakhouse was excellent, the restaurant Aqua at the beach has fantastic lunch (sushi & poke) but mediocre dinner. The bar between the Steakhouse and Asian was great, they make a good Old Fashioned and smoke cocktails/mocktails. The Sports bar food was terrible, gross... avoid. The buffet was ok, busy some mornings you had to line up for a bit too long if you wanted eggs but the most frustrating thing was the lazy bussing staff that all stand around meanwhile all the empty tables are still covered in dirty dishes and there's nowhere to sit. We would have to get someone to come over and clear and wipe the table and then remind them to bring us utensils etc... this is basic and below the standards I've seen at other resorts in the DR like Lopesan, Majestic, Hard Rock... to name a few we've stayed and experienced 5-star service. Towels ran out by 11am and you had to wait for them to bring more... why??? do they not know the hotel capacity? We had a swim up but I could see for people that didn't they would reserve the daybeds around the pool early. There are better resorts!

Omar - Best Concierge Ever!
We stayed at Paradisus Grand Cana – All Suites as a family and had a really great trip. We booked a swim out suite and that alone made a big difference. It was so easy to step right into the pool and the kids loved it. The room was clean, spacious, and just worked well for all of us. The food was fine. We always found something to eat and there was decent variety, but it was not the highlight. What really stood out was the service, especially the Family Concierge. I would not book this resort without it. It just makes everything smoother. Omar was incredible. Honestly the best concierge we have ever had anywhere. He was always there when we needed him, but never in a way that felt forced or over the top. He handled reservations, checked in on us, and made sure everything was taken care of without us having to think about it. Traveling with kids can get hectic and he just made it easy. It felt like he genuinely cared that we had a good time, not like he was just doing a job. The rest of the staff were all very friendly and welcoming. There was also plenty for the kids to do, which made a big difference for us. Overall, a really solid family resort. Not perfect, but we had a great time and a big part of that was Omar and the Family Concierge experience. We would definitely go back.
