We are staying at the Outrigger Reef for 10 nights while we mix work with play. We need that long to take in all there is to do in this perfect location and with all that the facility offers. Special shout out to Nelia on the staff for looking out for us and our room while we are here!

Great property with great customer service.
Amazing property right on the beach and walkable to the International Market Place. The availability of filtered water machines on every floor with complimentary water flasks is such a great idea! Agnes B. from housekeeping is so friendly and kind. Every morning she would greet us to have a great day! You can definitely tell this property focuses on customer service, which I greatly appreciate.

Excellent hotel stay
Excellent hotel with great amenities we truly enjoyed our stay. The room was very clean , bed was comfortable and the view was amazing from our balcony we were able to see the fireworks .

Great Hotel/Resort and Great Location
My friend and I recently enjoyed 5 nights (24-29 May) at the Outrigger Reef Waikiki Beach Resort. The room boked had two queen beds, was clean and the fridge worked (i.e. cooled items we put into it were kept cool) which was great! We were able to check-in before lunch, which we were very grateful for after our 9-hour flight and the hotel provided us with a 15% discount card to use at various Outrigger Hotel Restaurants and Cafes. Our room overlooked the Military Museum and was nice and quiet. We would definitely book this hotel again and we loved that the shower/tub combo had a glass sliding door, not a disgusting shower curtain!!! The Hotel was very close to accessing the transfers to our activities. One request, I'm usually a solo traveler and it would be great for Hotels to offer solo traveler rooms at a single rate. Great staff! Valet and housekeeping!
Everyone was fantastic from the daytime Valet Crew to Mary in housekeeping made sure we were always taken care of and maintained our room impeccably clean. Even with 3 teenagers Mary kept the room wonderful and stocked with plenty of towels. The valet wins the award for packing our vehicle so we could ride back to the airport without needing an Uber. Sound proofing of the rooms was amazing. The only time we heard a different room was in the still of the night when it was the most quiet.
