Truthfully a little disappointed with our holiday. Classed as a 5* hotel but scrapping a 4 . There was no WOW factor about this hotel. We are not fussy travellers but paid a lot of money for this holiday which was for a 60th birthday. We Paid for premium rooms, no way was it a premium room, had better in a 3* hotel! We had to check our booking because our initial disappointment when we walked in. Nothing like the photos, sofa was missing we had 1 chair to sit on, but we hardly spent anytime in the room So didn’t bother complaining. You was told not to hang any wet clothes out on your patio but nothing was supplied in the room to hang your wet towel or clothes on. After a few days I hung them out on the patio as did many other people, Pool area was split into 2 pools , The lower pool, with the swim up bar and jacuzzi but was just taken over by many Americans and they just took up all the bar seat and jacuzzi you could not get a look in, We decided to stay around the quiet pool which was really lovely, until the American became loud! No thought for other holiday makers. Food…, sports bar and staff AMAZING! huge shout out for Martello 👏 spent a lot of time in there. Buffet as you expect with any all inclusive luke warm food but always managed to find something to eat. Mexican bar by pool and the freshly made pizza bar, good food and service. Entertainment as you expect the normal stuff. Milkie’s coffee bar…..great service The grounds and wild life was great, ground well maintained. Situated right on the beach, just be aware of the huge amount of seaweed, hotel staff clear it everyday. Apparently it happens a few months a year. Didn’t bother us at all, Staff…. There was one women who stood out from the others, never smiled, grunted at you, a stern face very unwelcoming 🤨 the others could do enough for you. JUST REMEMBER ITS….,TIPS,TIPS and TIPS 💵 so take plenty of dollars with you. Overall experience, yes we did enjoy our holiday but just felt something was missing from this hotel. Would we return… No 😏

Great Atmosphere and Food!
There were a couple of issues with our room but our concierge Leidy was very helpful and quick to get the issues fixed. The food was delicious and all the staff was very polite and accommodating. The resort was well maintained and clean. Dolce Vita resteraunt had a lovely ocean breeze and beautiful view of the water. The sports bar was a bit disappointing and the service there could've been better. But Tiger at the Lobby bar was grrrrreat!!! Would recommend for a relaxing week away 🙂

Top Notch
The resort sparkles for a mature resort. As an adults only resort, we experienced all the relaxation and comfort that surpasses all expectations. The property is maintained continuously and we enjoyed the resident wildlife which is entertaining. The rooms are comfortable and we enjoy the compact layout of the property. The menus and food quality continues to improve each visit. The beach is beautiful and clean with continuous care. The staff is exceptional from check-in to check-out, accommodating any special needs. Special thanks to Juan our Butler, Gabrielle in reception, Alfredo our waiter, Sandi, and Herbert (Tiger) and many others for the most enjoyable stay. Looking forward to our next stay.
