Super friendly entertainment staff (Mr. 911 is the best!). The Sakura restaurant was hands down the best of the trip. Rooms looked as they did online and the housekeeping staff kept it nice and clean. Definitely worth the upgrade to El Beso if you are 18+. Everyone is there to have a good time and down to meet people, nice atmosphere. The location is about 35 minutes from the airport but makes up for it with the beach access. Music is great and they play it a great level for people to enjoy but not be bothered if they’re in the room. Would come back for sure!

Highly Recommended
When we first read through the reviews, we were a bit optimistic with how the hotel was going to be after them been so mixed in opinions. When we arrived, we could not be anymore impressed. The rooms were immaculate (which was our biggest worry). The cleaners did a great job of refreshing our room and restoring the fridges throughout our stay. The pools were great, the beach was fantastic and the cocktails were perfect. We ate every night in all the different restaurants they had available and we never had any issues with the food at all! We were allocated Franklin who was out chaperone for the week and he was brilliant, booked us dinner for each night and updated us with any questions we had. Honestly could not fault this hotel. Please don’t feel panicked like the mixed reviews we saw. We had an absolutely amazing time! Thank you again to all the team🏝️🇩🇴

Spring break girls trip!
Privilege service was excellent. The pool guy Berwyn was very nice , my personal Butler Brulio and Luis they were all excellent. The property is clean. The restaurants is nice. The food is great.

Best part of the trip was the family room.
Went to ocean el farro dominican republic. The best part of the vacation is the family games room. We met Grasiela. She was one of the best hosts at the resort. She was very friendly and always smiling and greeting us and made sure that we felt accommodated. I highly recommend going to see her when you go to the family room. We give her ten out of five review.
