We had a lovely family stay at this resort. The staff and management were very welcoming and attentive, which made a big difference in our experience. We had a small concern with our room at the beginning, but thanks to the manager Andre it was handled quickly and professionally, and we really appreciated his support. The resort is great for kids, the water park was a big highlight for us and made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, a very positive experience and we would happily return. Thank you to the team for taking such good care of us!

We had a great time at this resort. Everything is in easy walking distance. The pools are spacious with lots of entry points. We enjoyed the beach. It is not sandy like in Cuba so don't go with that expectation. There is lots of rock but you can find a path to the water without hurting your feet. Water shoes are helpful but not essential. The rock adds places for the fish to hide. The restaurants were great. We tried them all and enjoyed each one. Line ups were usually not a problem. The resort had many bars. The drinks were not top quality and hit or miss but overall, they were ok. The rooms were nice. I found the couch not comfortable to sit on but we were not in the room much anyway. We enjoyed the entertainment. There was lots of variety.

Room issue/resolution
I was celebrating my wedding anniversary I received a lovely room upgrade - a swim out. While it was wonderful, the room was apparently locked up for a while so it smelled extremely moldy and the bathroom drains smelled of stagnant water. The next day another person from housekeeping came and was a tremendous help. While it did not totally eliminate the issue it did help. My experience started to improve from then on. Overall I would come back though! The bowling alley was awesome.

Highly Recommended Stay
We had an incredible experiance at Ocean Coral Spring. The location was a big plus. It was close to shops and restaurants, and we felt safe walking around even at night. The entertainment was great and everyone was so friendly. Getting transportation was easy. I will be telling my friends and family and we will be back very soon!
