The Italian restaurant was the highlight of our stay we enjoyed it so much we went twice. The captain Daniel Flores runs an amazing crew of waiters. The service the food and ambiance were top notch. If you get the chance make a reservation there

A can’t miss an experience.
This was a 5 star experience. The service was great, the food was great, our room was fantastic, the pool was beautiful, the white sandy beach stretched out into the water forever, the nightly entertainment was great. I highly recommend the Occidental to anyone contemplating it.

Incredible Mexican Hospitality!
The beauty of the beach & surrounding communities only ranks second to the wonderful staff at the Occidental. Everyone was friendly, accommodating, welcoming & professional. Nestor V was the first to greet us, answered any questions & fulfilled any request with a great sense of humour & a knowledgeable pride of his culture & country. We’ll definitely return!
