We spent a week during March Break and it was wonderful. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Our concierge Rosario was so incredibly helpful and kind. She helped with all our planning and sent updates daily for character meet ups. We had dinner at Tavolo one evening and had the best waiter named Rodolfo. I can’t say enough good things about his service and professionalism. His knowledge of wines was exceptional as well. We were fortunate enough to have him wait on us again downstairs at the Pizza place and he was again so great and made us the most delicious aperitif !! The entertainment Team members were so lovely, kind and friendly. Georgina thanks for always making our son feel welcome. Vi and Dennisse also made the Saturday nite Slime Party super fun !

Antonio and Sandra were amazing
Antonio and Sandra we our butlers’ and they were spectacular. Both were quick to respond to all questions and needs.

Nickelodeon was amazing! Antonio and Sandra were the best!!
We had a great time at Nickeledeon Rivera Maya! We took our 8 year old son. He loved the water park and the kid's clubs. We were able to drop him off (he begged us) and have time to ourselves while he had a blast. The food was decent, catering to kids mostly. I will say that good burger had one of the best burgers I've had in a while and the pizza at Piazza was good too! The breakfast buffet could use some work. The rooms were beautiful. I will say that the toilet area had a sewage smell but it didn't impact the rest of the room. Now for the BEST PART. We came as family members of an Exotic Travelers (Lomas) member so we had dedicated butlers. Sandra and Antonio were amazing. They made sure we had everything we needed and they made the vacation special! They were so kind to our son. I would return just for this level of care!

Beautiful and Clean
Beautiful, very clean hotel with spacious rooms (two full baths and daily housekeeping). Staff were friendly and attentive, and after an incident where a balcony door slammed on my son’s finger, they responded quickly—the medic treated him and the manager followed up with thoughtful treats, which we appreciated. The pool overlooking the balcony is great (just a bit slippery), and while the beach is small, it’s well-serviced. There was quite a bit of seaweed, but staff were out cleaning it every morning. The artificial reef is nice for kids but not the most attractive. Food was delicious overall, but many dining options, the water park, and nightly shows require a shuttle. Shuttles run often, but it’s inconvenient—especially with kids—since you can’t easily walk to them, and there’s no breakfast/lunch buffet in the main resort area. One caution: if the balcony door is open, it can create a strong wind that slams the room door shut unexpectedly—something to be very careful about. Overall, a great stay with a few logistical downsides.

Most amazing butler service!!
My family and I recently visited Nickelodeon Riviera Maya. We had been here back in 2023 and enjoyed it then too, but this trip was so much better. All of the staff at this resort are amazing; the slime squad does an amazing job at engaging the kids whether it be interactions with characters, the amazing entertainment, or even simple sand play at the beach. Restaurant and Lounge servers are always so accommodating and polite, but the crew that made our trip one that will be forever remembered was our butlers, Sandro was great, he welcomed us upon arrival and made us feel at home, he was amazing, but the outstanding service that will have us coming back to this resort specifically came from Antonio. He made sure our family always had seats for the entertainment, dinner reservations at restaurants, he even managed to give my boys special experiences on rainy days, and always ensured we had everything we needed, and always with a smile on his face. His high fives for my boys that turned to gentle hugs when it was time for them to leave, and our boys asking when we will get to see him again. We have pondered the thought of going to another resort on our next vacation but after the special touches that Antonio and Sandro had done for our family to make it so much more special we are planning to come back and request them again.
