The location was very good. Maybe it's because I'm not used to it, but it would have been helpful to have instructions on how to use the shower.

Good stay that could've been excellent!
Sofa bed needs to be changed, material is not clean enough. Capet needs to be cleaned or washed. Blinds and curtains need some attention. It's a nice location and a quit room. We had an amazing view on the ocean on the 16th floor. Some of the valet parking staff lack customer service. Having a kitchen is great but they need to add more cooking wear, at least a pot and a toaster. If they take care of these little things, I guarantee that they will get a 5 stars from every guest.

I was so happy with my stay at the hotel, particularly because when it was the most reasonable hotel, I could find in my price range. I didn't think that it would be half as nice as it was. I was happy to share that with my son who I took along.

Good experience
We had a good experience. The only issue was getting trash picked up which may have been a miscommunication between the staff. Every staff member was polite and accommodating. The hotel felt cozy and we enjoyed the reception. The infused water was a nice welcome back coming in from the heat.

This hotel perpetrates animal cruelty, do not support them.
