Our stay at Iberostar was genuinely memorable, and a big part of that came down to the people who took care of us from the moment we arrived. The concierge team went above and beyond, especially Georgina, Crystal, and Suttonie. They were warm, attentive, and made everything feel easy from answering questions to helping us plan parts of our stay with champagne sent to our room for 25 year wedding anniversary and a cake the next day to celebrate my birthday that was really nice. Their energy alone made us feel welcome, and I truly appreciated how patient and helpful they were throughout.One highlight was attending the welcome breakfast. I want to be clear because I overheard some confusion from other guests later it is not a timeshare. It’s actually more of a membership or loyalty style program, similar to what you’d see with Sandals. When we were invited, we were told upfront that it would be based on our level of interest. I let them know I could give about 45 minutes, but because I asked quite a few questions (they were very informative), the session ended up lasting around 90 minutes. During that time, they showed us some of the exclusive areas and explained how the program works. Honestly, I didn’t see anything misleading about it it’s simply offering guests a way to return in a more cost-effective and structured way if that’s something they’re interested in. I also didn’t mind spending the extra time because I knew it helped Georgina, Crystal, and Suttonie earn their points, and they truly deserved it. Later on the beach, I overheard other guests who have and never went saying “it’s a timeshare,” but that wasn’t my experience at all and the information representative even made that clear. It felt more like a flexible loyalty program than anything else no pressure, just information and options. Another standout moment was the spa experience. My spouse and I got to enjoy it, and it was completely complimentary thanks to those same amazing ladies. It was relaxing, well worth it, and honestly one of the highlights of our trip. Overall, the resort itself is beautiful, but what made the biggest difference for us was the level of service. Those girls made our stay feel personal and special, and I’m truly grateful for all their help. Would definitely return!
