We arrived as a couple for 3 nights. A perfect hotel—the food is excellent, with a wide variety and outstanding restaurants. I would like to sincerely thank our personal assistants, Erick and Edgar, who provided us with exceptional service and an outstanding experience.

Another great Secrets vacation
First off, I want to thank Erick and Edgar our butlers for outstanding service. We have been to around 20 all-inclusive resorts and here are the main takeaways: 1) best view by far 2) Secrets never disappoint with quality of the food and service. 3) I like that Secrets give the option of not just Mexican beer but also have Amstel Ultra 4) Very quiet and peaceful resort, not overcrowded or hard to find seating at the pools 5)Teppanyaki table was our favorite with Spezia a close second 6)golf carts are a must to see the Island, stopped everywhere we wanted in about 6 hours Only thing I would change is a Buffet breakfast, we prefer to sample different foods at breakfast instead of ordering off a menu.

What an experience!
We stayed at Impressions Isla Mujeres for the last part of our honeymoon trip around Mexico. Zelma & David our butlers for our 5 night stay were fun and relaxed in their approach in how they enhanced our experience at Impression. We can 100% recommend the island bike tour with April who was super informative and matched our energy perfectly! This was our first time experiencing such a level of luxury and can't wait to return!

Stunning, total paradise
I went on a trip with a few girlfriends this month to Impressions isla mujeres. It’s absolutely stunning and I don’t remember the last time I felt so well cared for. The location and hotel are gorgeous and the staff was so kind and attentive. Plus the mix of stuff to do if you felt like it (eg. an e-bike tour with April, which I wouldn’t miss; sound bath, etc) made it both the perfect place to chill and also try new things. Left feeling a big: lucky me.
