This is a very nice hotel in a better location. Clean room, good facilities, enjoyed the sky bar. Lots of security in lobby. We would return.

Great stay after Viking Cruise
Great hotel at the end of a Viking Zurich to Paris cruise. Totally professional check-in for 190 pp so kudos to them!! We received superior service due to us arriving late for breakfast service on our first morning. A few conventions were also at breakfast service and though crowded we were allowed to receive the "breakfast to go" bag with 2 cappuccinos included so as to meet our tour group for the scenic tour of Paris. Came back to tell the concierge about our wonderful help and he gave us a small inexpensive Eiffel tower keychain. That was also nice! Very clean, large room with all of the necessities we needed. Bathroom was not laid out well with plugs away from mirror to dry hair only there. Wish there had been a way to blow dry my hair in the room with a mirror so as my husband could shave in peace. Unfortunately, that meant I was waiting till he finished and it made me late for said breakfast. Good heat in the room for cold December weather. Due to us staying longer in Paris, we moved closer to the Notre Dam but the other hotel didn't have the amenities that this hotel had. Candies are also in jars at the check in desks for afternoon treat. Beautiful Winter displays in lobby area for photo opportunities.

This is a 1000 bedroom hotel…room on 26th floor vanilla view. The room is pokey and I know most are in Paris. Paper cups…what has happened to cups and glasses??? The only redeeming plus was the breakfast which is good. If you want a Parisien experience this is not the place to be and it’s a bit of a trek to where you might want to be

Had a great stay with family. Decent location, check in was easy, they were very accommodating to our needs as a family of five.

Luggage delivery was unacceptably slow, taking over an hour after check-in with no proactive updates. This reflects poorly on the hotel’s service standards and significantly detracted from the arrival experience.
