Excellent location to sights and restaurants and beautiful views from the rooms. Short Lyft to the cruise terminals made it the perfect stay!

Hyatt's are generally good. This one took a long time to check in, only one person at the desk at 10:30 PM. The room had a musty smell and seemed humid. But the business meeting went well, and everything there was good including the food.

Best place in Miami
This hotel has it all. Everything you could need and everything you didn't know you needed is immediately at hand. Close to food, music, beach, and shops. Definitely a favorite place to stay.

Staff was okay unfortunately not able to help me much in regards to parking, very confusing navigating if your not from there, not even a map from front desk to help. If your vehicle is over 6ft height get ready to drive around endlessly and pay a lot in fees. If you leave these other parkjng areas you will pay every time you exit and enter. Honestly I couldn't wait to go home by the end of my trip.

Dirty bed sheets & mattress covers plus the bathroom needs more work it’s very dirty & old style with very old shower head
