Stayed here on a trip to catch a ship in Miami, I’ve stayed here many times over the years. The staff are always pleasant and helpful. Always. Location is really good. Whole Foods across the highway they call a street out front. The room is nice and property too, but looks a bit dated. Not new and not yet vintage or classical either. It was very clean. The downside of the location is it will always be loud. You hear a lot of noise from the street. Otherwise very good option at the right price.

Great hotel location! Staff were very friendly and reached out even before we got there to see if we needed anything! Not super fancy but great for what we needed. It was clean, staff was friendly and room was comfortable.

Good location to walk to many interests in Brickell. Hotel is severely dated. Do not come if you like to enjoy your room. The a/c was the best part of the room. The staff were also very pleasant.

The hotel has no on-site parking. You can use the Valet, but they charge a large amount to go park your car across the street, which you can do for $20. The hotel needs updating. It's also in a questionable area. Homeless people and people that looked like they were homeless. The water in the canal is dirty. The food/beverages in the hotel were expensive! And no continental breakfast included.
