Apr 23, 2026Excellent Stay – Minor Improvement for Breakfast Variety
I had a very pleasant stay. The location, hotel facilities, and cleanliness were all excellent, and everything was very well maintained. The staff were friendly and responsive, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The only suggestion I would make is to introduce a bit more variety to the breakfast, as it felt quite similar each day. Overall, a great experience and I would be happy to stay again.

We came for the Manchester Marathon. All staff were absolutely welcoming and accommodating. One member of staff that stood out to us was Naualy. She was extremely professional and welcoming. It was a busy time of the day and Naualy took the time to make sure that all people were accommodated, including ourselves. Nothing was too much trouble for her! Thank you Naualy x

Fantastic Experience
Great experience from start to finish. The staff were exceptionally helpful, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure a comfortable stay. From check-in to departure, everything was handled smoothly and professionally. The room was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything needed for a relaxing visit. The hotel facilities were excellent, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and pleasant. Any requests were dealt with promptly, which made a real difference. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for quality service and a stress-free stay, and I would happily return again in the future.
