This was our 2nd stay at this hotel and it is still up to the same high standard it was last year. Very friendly welcome and quick check in. The room (and all public areas) were spotlessly clean. Our room was a Cherry Park View King. It is a good size with very comfortable king size bed. Bathroom has a big walk in shower (but some rooms, we believe, have showers over bath), good water pressure and always hot. Coffee machine and bottled water which was replenished daily. Breakfast is excellent, buffet style with a large selection of hot and cold options. Nice bar area in the lobby, good service and relaxing. Very good location for Westfield shopping centre, Olympic park, 10 min walk to Stratford underground station. Car parking is in the Westfield shopping centre with escalators to access it opposite the hotel entrance. This is now our hotel of choice when we need to stay in this area.

Great Hotel
Great location for travelling to Greenwich/Canary Wharf and Abba Voyage. Nice room, good breakfast. Have stayed twice, would definitely stay again.

Regular guest at the hotel as I switch between this hotel and The Stratford. I had the absolute pleasure to interact/meet Receptionist Claudia prior, during my stay. She was so helpfully and accommodating with my special request prior to check in the night before. On arrival she was very welcoming, friendly and professional. Day of check we were running late and we were due to check out at 3pm, but Claudia happily extended it to 4pm in the morning. Unfortunately the Housekeeper came into our room at 3pm at a very inconvenient time, and told us she had check out time at 3pm, even though the system did show 4pm, when I checked with the receptionists, which was really disappointing. Thank you Claudia for your hospitality and you truly are a credit to the Hyatt Regency Stratford team!

Birthday trip to West Ham
Had a birthday surprise trip to Stratford , travelled from Ireland , staff very freindly , hotel spotless , the room was spacious , well equipped & ideally situated at the edge of the shopping area and a short walk from the London Stadium.

£50 deposit /situation of hotel
£50 deposit needed when checking in and was told they’d refund soon. Very unusual business practice.room was lovely but view was of air conditioning and tops of buildings but we hadn’t paid extra for park view. Ideally situated for train, underground and shops
