This is a great place to stay. It has a beautiful campus with nearby walking trails and fire pits for guest use. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Clean Close Comfortable Affordable Hotel
Beautiful hotel, close to Disney, and other attractions. Very friendly and professional employees from check-in, housekeeping, dining, and cafe. The towels smelled fresh, everything was so clean, and well taken care of. The grounds are well-maintained. The beds were so comfortable. Quiet atmosphere. Finally, the price is very reasonable.

This hotel was horrible. There was no upfront disclosure that the pools would be closed (the only reason I booked a one night stay with my kids) and then the hotel refused to remove the $50 “resort charges” from both of my rooms.

Overall, I had a great experience. However, the lack of complementary breakfast or at least coffee was upsetting, especially when the breakfast that you have to choose from is per morning The clues of the room was fantastic. I personally did not utilize room service or need much help by the staff was wonderful. They were very nice. The only other thing is that they did not inform you about the $225 security deposit that would be due upon checking in so that was quite frustrating. I don't know that I would take my family to stay here with the cost of everything, but it is a beautiful resort

Spent 3 nights at this location for a work event and all together it was very pleasant. The arrival was decent and it was nice to have all of my gear delivered to my room without me hauling it. Self parking was $39/night plus tax, which was surprising. But, you did need key access, so I gues that's where the funds go 🤷🏾♀️. The on site restaurants were really good. E joyed sushi at the Lakehouse restaurant. But, 4 Flamingo' (chefs kiss), was my favorite. I wish I hadn't waited for the last day to dine there. The coconut shrimp were stellar!!! I would've wanted a lower floor for my room, due to my fear of heights and equilibrium, but I managed to survive that as well. I'd bring my kids here in the future for them to have as good a time as I did.
