I came here to watch the cricket match and stayed at the Hyatt Regency. This is the best hotel I have stayed at in the whole of England. This is probably my 20th stay here and I love it here. The staff are friendly and very helpful and the facilities are amazing. I have also met some famous celebrities staying here too which is common at the Hyatt. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Over rated
Nice hotel but extremely expensive compared to other hotels near by. We stayed 1 night and I'm not sure the service was worth £330pn It was a bit tired.

terrible stay, dirty room, lied to about being fully booked so couldnt move me out of my dirty room, told it was then cleaned again, came back and wasnt cleaned eventually moved rooms ( even though was told was fully booked) Hair all over shower wall, dirt all over the bed - not happy still had to pay over £300 for one night
