Wonderful trip!Nice resort but only issue was there was one side that was upgraded and one side that was not , pricing was the same so you were not informed didnt know until after being given a sub par room

This was our 5th trip back to the lovely island of Aruba and our first time at the Hyatt Regency. We love the location, we enjoyed the adult pool, we enjoyed the lovely grounds of the hotel and our room was spacious. The staff was friendly and helpful. We like that we were close in walking distance to other hotels and stores and restaurants.

We just came back from a wonderful week celebrating my boyfriend’s big birthday. What an amazing hotel! Great rooms. Service with a smile and everyone from the housekeeping service to the morning breakfast were amazing! Can’t wait ti go back

Spring break vacation with family
Beautiful hotel, clean and beautiful grounds. Standard rooms did not have walk out balcony which was disappointing. There was not a whole lot of things for kids (11, 8) to do. They had a pool slide which was nice, but no fun games or activities. The kids enjoyed the parrots, lizards and koi fish. Food was good, there were a variety of options for everyone. Service was a bit slow, but it was also a busy time of year with many guests. We also wished to get a pool chair for more days while we were there but they were all occupied.

Amazing
We had a great experience and it’s a amazing place to spend time with family. It is in a great location to walk around,eat and shop. The hotel’s food services were amazing! Totally recommend!
