Overall, our trip to Spain has been wonderful, and our stay at the Hyatt Centric Gran Vía Madrid truly enhanced the experience. The bed in our room was very comfortable, just to our liking, and the location was exceptional. Overlooking Gran Vía, it offered a vibrant and lively atmosphere that we really enjoyed. The staff were consistently warm and welcoming, greeting us each day with genuine smiles. A special thank you to Lara, the Assistant Front Desk Manager, who welcomed my family and me so warmly upon arrival. Dariana, from her team, was also very professional and took the time to clearly explain the hotel facilities, which made us feel immediately at ease. José was always attentive in assisting us with our luggage and provided excellent recommendations for exploring the city. We also had a great experience at “Hielo y Carbón,” where Seif was incredibly kind and attentive—the food was fantastic as well. We are truly very happy with our stay and would highly recommend Hyatt Centric Gran Vía Madrid.

Excellent hotel with great location, proximity to sites, shopping and restaurants. Breakfast is wonderful and roof top bar is one of the best in City. Helpful staff and spacious rooms.

Location is great for tourism Rooms are modern and good Food was excellent Security - very bad!!! I had an awful experience in which my privacy was violated when an employee came into my room without even knocking the door at 12:30am. It scared me very much. I didn’t feel secure and almost had a heart attack after what happened. Luckily it was my last night and I won’t come back.

The hotel is lovely but the rooms are not soundproof and I was awakened more than once by guests in adjacent rooms and the hallway. We did request a quiet room but it wasn’t really quiet. The area around is really really busy. You can’t walk busy. I wouldn’t stay there again as it was very stressful being on Grand Via from early afternoons on. The rooftop is great and so is the service. Barbara at the bar downstairs for one was very helpful and kind, the concierges, the front desk. Even the room service. My daughter ordered waffle for breakfast three mornings in a row but the last one was without fruit and different. So room service gentleman brought her a new waffle himself. She was very happy. Definitely a 5* service. If room were really soundproof that would make a huge difference.
