Great service and location. Rooms, hallways and linens have a mildew smell and windows are foggy and cant see out them. Restaurants were good. Great food and service!!

Dottie In Panama Riu
We stayed on the 31st floor and had an amazing view of the city. The room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. There were a few minor maintenance issues, but nothing that significantly impacted our stay. The location is convenient, with several places within walking distance if you're looking for a quick bite and don't have a car. Uber is also readily available and very affordable. One of the highlights was the breakfast buffet. There was a great variety of food, and the menu changed daily, which kept things interesting. The pool area was nice and relaxing, although the food served there could be improved. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would consider staying here again.

The massage that almost happened
we stayed from May 22 to May 26th -29 floor great views great room, friendly staff, amazing breakfast buffet, great food at the poolside restaurant- one of my favorite dishes- whole red snapper broiled. (ate there twice) pool was great, bathrooms immaculate, even by the outdoor pool, - snack bar was great - very accommodating staff, sushi bar good, air conditioning always worked, did some tours- inexpensive all day private tour- Panama canal, casco Viejo district -My review would have been 5 stars if not for our spa experience.- staff there was very amateurish and unprofessional- botching our reservation for a couples massage, refusing to honor a 20% discount coupon that was given to us as a recompense when we re-booked for the following day following their botching our reservation for the previous day, then insulting us when we showed up for appt asking us could we afford $125 dollars? I think between the many restaurants, bars and tours we purchased at the facility we spent around $1000 so the question was obtuse and made the conversation that my wife and I had about how much of a tip to leave the masseuse before the massage a bit ironic given that we were being nickel and dimes about applying a discount coupon they gave us the day before...? Ultimately we cancelled the massage and spent the day at the pool which was great- worked on my tan and enjoyed a great meal that night at their Spanish restaurant -tastes -where we had paella mixto. Later that night we took a cab to the starlit casino at the hilton -(5 min away), where we won $500 on the penny slots after playing 20 minutes! If you fly in from the us- I would consider taking a different airline than copa air- 1 star for the airline.

BEST BREAKFAST EVER
Solo woman traveler .I Felt safe the entire 7 days. Location was central to everything. Lots of American type food places a couple of yards away. Subway,Starbucks, KFC Etc. Plentiful cheap Uber's. Uber Eats delivered food from several of the top restaurants in the area. Hotel view from the 32nd floor was a 10/10. It was a view of the city skyline and the boats lining up on the water.The hotel Breakfast was one of the best I ever had. Buffet Style.Large variety of everything. Great wait staff. Stephani was the best worker ever. Negatives were the pool area wall was being painted at 11.15 am on a Friday Morning. Strong wiff of Grey concrete paint as I laid out in my lounge chair at the pool. Bad Interior design of the room.The Bathroom lights shines through the plastic/ glass wall that seperates the bathroom and bed. It light up the bed everytime the bath light is turned on at night.
