Best chain hotel in the area

Best hotel in the area with a large pool, restaurant and nice views. We stayed on points it is south of Sedona so away from the madness. We had a large KIng suite. There are 2 pools, bar service, a large restaurant but parking up the hill or down the hill may be problematic for some, we had handicapped parking near the lobby.

Horrible & Racist Valet Supervisor Michelle

Pretty resort but for staying as a Diamond member we had the WORST experience, especially with the head lady Michelle at the valet station. I will get to that in a min. Our view was full of construction people working when we over look the lawn so really no use being on the balcony since there was so much noise during the day. I came a day after my friends did, and while waiting for my car the next morning, this lady Michelle greeted me. She didn't introduce herself so I wasn't sure who she was but I greeted back and then she asked so many personal questions it made me very uncomfortable. Where are you going, how long will you be out yada yada. Asking things are none of her business. When we got back, she looked at us and asked if we're checking in? I found out that she actually tried to ask my friend to show ID when she retrieved her car the day before- even though she showed the text that her car was ready. For a group of girls who looked like we didn't belong there, I am sure she recognized that she has seen us before. But for her to treat us like we didn't belong there, is another story. You would expect your employees to recognize their guests and treat everyone with respect, as we are paying with the same dollars, even more so when we are Diamond members. Do better Hilton. This lady Michelle is supposed to be head of the valet service and be a good role model for the staff but all she does is treat guests like me with prejudice and questioning like we are already suspects. If she treats us paying customers like that, I'm sure she treats her staff like crap. We are paying for this service, it isn't free yet we are treated like we are taking advantage of something that we are paying for?!

They play music in the lobby all night

I stayed at the Hilton Sedona Bell Rock during the Sedona Yoga Festival and had a terrible experience. If you ever stay with them, be sure you are not assigned to room 2003 or any other room above or near the lobby. They played club music all night in the lobby. If another guest was playing loud music after 10 p.m., I suspect they would ask that guest to turn the music off. Unfortunately, I had to ask several times for the music to be turned down or off, even after the manager told me it would be turned off. For such an expensive hotel, I can not understand why they would not address a guest's concerns. I asked to be relocated to another room, especially since the room I was given was a different type from the one I booked (and received a confirmation for directly from the hotel), but that request was denied. What good is a hotel room if its sole purpose (sleeping) is disturbed by the hotel itself? Also, as a vegan, I found no food options available at the hotel, other than an $18 oatmeal. Luckily, there were places nearby where I could get food.

Amazing Diamond Member perks and stunning Bell Rock views!

We love Hilton and always try to travel within their portfolio, and this time around we stayed at the Hilton at Bell Rock because we had an invitation for a timeshare presentation. Since we are Hilton Diamond Members, they upgraded us to a beautiful 1-bedroom king room with a fire pit. Enjoying that fire pit at night under a million stars was absolutely amazing, and the hotel even offers s'mores kits for $15 to make it extra special. We really enjoyed the pool area, which has plenty of lounge chairs and a full bar, and the lobby features a convenient Starbucks and a little store where we could use our Diamond credit of $36 each day or spend it anywhere on-site. The gym is large and well-equipped, though don't expect to swim in their lap pool right now, as it is currently under renovation (as of May 2026). One morning, we got up early and took the quick 10-minute drive to Bell Rock to hike the beautiful mountain right as the sun was rising, which was an incredible experience. If you can afford this hotel or get your hands on one of their timeshare invitations, absolutely do it—you will have a great time!
