⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My stay at Hilton Orlando was a wonderful experience overall. When I first arrived, my room wasn’t ready, which was a little inconvenient, but the staff was professional, courteous, and handled everything well. Once I got settled in, the rest of my stay was excellent. I was expecting complimentary breakfast but the hotel doesn’t have complimentary breakfast. The hotel was beautiful, clean, and well-maintained, with great amenities and a welcoming atmosphere. The service throughout my stay was outstanding, and the overall experience made up for the initial delay. I would definitely stay at Hilton Orlando again and recommend it to others! I would like to give a shout out to Ms. Nika if you’re ever in Orlando staying at the Hilton ask for Ms Nika. Also gas prices during Easter was outrageous. $9.95 for regular gas at some places.

My wife and I have enjoyed staying at the Buena Vista Palace on several occasions. We are always delighted to have such great guest service during our stay. Our room was clean and smelled fresh. The pool area is exceptionally well maintained. The bartenders at Shades are always friendly and accommodating. The food there is good. The buffet breakfast is always delicious. As a Hilton Diamond member, I am pleased to see that Hilton members are always acknowledged at this property. This property will upgrade you when available. I will stay again as I am sure to receive the level of service expected from the Hilton. Special thanks to Narrit in reservations and to Mario at Shades. Thanks again for a great stay!

Great common grounds, lazy river pool and walking to Disney Springs! Room with balcony view of both Epcot and Magic Kingdom fireworks. Guest Ambassador Sammi was attentive. accommodating and a pleasure to talk with.

Palace that treats you like a princess!
Location was amazing! The pool and lazy river were perfect for some relaxation. Our room was perfect and clean. The lobby bar and staff were wonderful! Plus with Bailey and Spencer, I was able to recieve 2 additional trips for an AMAZING value! Thanks so much for all your help and getting my family and fiancé some bonus trips to look forward to!!!
