William in Letterpress restaurant has some great customer service skills! Very attentive, professional and special attention to details 10/10! The food was really good too and restaurant was very clean.

Top notch customer service
All I can say is some of the best customer service I have ever had at a check in Gabriella was one of the nicest thoughtful staff I have ever had and I travel a lot she made our stay that extra special our room was huge nice view

It was a typical hotel room with beds and bathroom although it was missing a microwave in the room. Also they charge a lot for daily parking $40 a night after fees and taxes are added and valet parking without tip is $51 a night after fees and taxes are added . They also add on resort fees of $45 a night so you should add to your room rate another $90-$100 . I will say the rooms were clean and the pool and lazy river were nice however there were no lifeguards on duty. After taxes almost $700 a night on weekdays.

A Great Welcome at Check-in
I brought a group of 10 to the Summer Secondary Literacy Institute and was a little concerned about checking in such a large group. I'm so thankful we had Luke to take care of us! He made the process smooth and hassle-free. Not only was he efficient in checking in our large party, he was very friendly and had welcoming comments for each one of our party. We felt well taken care of!

Jun 10, 2026Deeply Disappointing Experience: Poor Service and Discriminatory Treatment
I am writing this review because I am appalled by the level of service and the discriminatory treatment my family and I received during our recent stay. We arrived as Hilton Honors members as part of a grand vacation package, expecting a professional and welcoming experience. Instead, we were made to feel like uninvited guests—and second-class citizens—rather than valued members. Beyond the dismissive and biased attitude of the staff, the hotel failed in every basic hospitality standard: Refusal of Service: When we needed to extend our stay by just one night, we were flatly refused and told that not a single room was available, despite the lack of basic accommodations provided to us. Discriminatory Atmosphere: Throughout our stay, we were treated with blatant bias. The staff’s demeanor was cold and exclusionary, which is completely unacceptable in any environment, let alone a hotel that claims to value its loyalty members. Lack of Basic Housekeeping: Our room was not serviced at all during our stay, despite our expectations for a clean and maintained environment. Poor Infrastructure: For a 16-floor property, providing only one microwave for all guests is entirely inadequate and indicative of a lack of care for guest convenience. Exorbitant Pricing: The pricing at this hotel is predatory. Charging $8.03 for a single bottle of soda is representative of the overall experience: high costs paired with incredibly low-quality service and amenities. We utilized our Hilton Honors membership for this stay, expecting a professional, welcoming environment. Instead, we were met with poor service and treatment that made us feel unwelcome. I would strongly advise potential guests—especially other members—to look elsewhere for accommodations where they will actually be treated with respect.
