Hotel is amazing, food amazing, location amazing. Attitude hospitality awful experience from front of house and front reception. Felt hurt way i was spoken to by duty manager, when trying to extend the room 2 female front reception ladies was spoken to with incorrect information, central reservations gentleman was surprised when I told him whats i was going through with the service at the hotel. Hope all calls from room to reception are recorded . REQUEST TO SPEAK TO GENERAL MANAGER NOT AVALIABLE, only by email. I only originally came cause I thought it was HILTON HOTEL, it is not.

Terrible , avoid - incompetent
Absolutely terrible - had a booking and the front guest said I don’t have a booking , booking doesn’t exist , after providing in app and email confirmation . They should hire competent individuals that are able .

my boyfriend and i had a great time here celebrating our anniversary. summer at reception was really lovely and gave us complimentary drinks and a room with a great view on the 15th floor. the pool and spa area was very nice and relaxing, and not too busy. the hotel is in a great area, within walking distance to lots of nice restaurants and bars, as well as the tram. the car park discount was also very helpful as well. would definitely recommend.

Lovely anniversary overnight stay
My daughter and son in law have just had an overnight stay here for their anniversary and they loved it they said it was an amazing hotel and staff were nice, the room was lovely and comfortable with a great view and they had been given a ballon with a voucher for 2 complementary drinks which was a nice touch , they had the night in the cloud package which included 2 cocktails in cloud 23 bar which they loved , the views were great , they used the sauna and pool facilities which were great , and breakfast was good with lots of choice , overall they had a really great time and would definetly stay here again
